By renting you a vehicle, Abama Car commits itself to you, “the customer”, and you, the customer, commit yourself in return to respect the conditions set out below. By reserving and renting a vehicle, you accept all the conditions without exception.

These conditions apply to all reservations that you, the customer, make with our agency, on or via our online platform. You must therefore read them carefully. Our rental conditions and those of our suppliers include certain exclusions and limitations of liability.

Any reservation you, the customer, make on our platform is subject to acceptance of our terms and conditions. If you, the customer, do not agree with any of these conditions, you must not proceed with the booking.

By confirming that you wish to reserve a vehicle via our online platform, you, the customer, acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions.
